Initiate Your Request
Log into your SUZAKU account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
